Under the direction of Leanne Armstrong, CA, we currently have five staff members to assist in all levels of accounting and administrative needs. We will work offsite to provide you the highest level of assistance without having to pay more experienced members to do things like bank deposits and accounts payable. You will benefit from having access to all levels of expertise, billed accordingly for your needs. We use a variety of accounting systems and can easily customize to fit your current and growing needs.
Leanne received her CA in 1992 and has been in industry ever since. Early positions included working as the Controller for Big White Ski Resort, Children’s Arts Umbrella, Benetton and six years with Gemcom Software International, a medium sized public software company. About 13 years ago, Leanne began working on a contract basis to provide more flexibility to be with her three children. Past and current clients include a number of private high net worth individuals as well as not-for profits, public & private companies. Her experience includes the real estate industry, including both development and the rental market, software development and sales, retail and food services.
Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable
Our administrative assistant works to provide any of our clients with accounts payable functions, bank reconciliations, bank deposits and reconciliation as well as general office manager.
Bookkeepers/Accountants
We have three part time bookkeepers on our staff. They provide full cycle bookkeeping services including payables, receivables, payroll services, account reconciliation. Once assigned one of our bookkeepers, you will not be moved to anyone else. They enjoy getting to know the clients and working alongside Leanne to provide a very high quality of service.
